Delivery time & Shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship the same day for orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon. However, this is not always possible, for example, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Our standard delivery time is 1 - 5 working days. It is also possible that your order is delivered in parts. Should the process from your order to the carrier be delayed for whatever reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. When the order has been delivered to the carrier or has been collected by the carrier, we no longer hold any responsibility.
The prices stated for the products are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs in the Netherlands are:
- € 4.10 for Loofy's products (letterbox package, otherwise € 6.95)
- Loofy's in combination with another brand €9.90
- €5.95 for orders excluding Loofy's products under €50.00
- Free for orders from € 50.00
Delivery is through third parties. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

We only deliver within the European Union.
The delivery time and costs depend on the total weight of the order and the distance. Assume a delivery time between 5 to 10 days. The country of delivery and the total weight of your order will be calculated at check-out. Below is an indication of the rates as determined in October 2022:
